Modulation using Oscillators

Following the post about patching, here is a little video about modulating oscillator 1 with the Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO) and then with oscillator 2 (VCO2).

We put all 16 steps of oscillator 1 at the same pitch in order to better hear the effects of modulating the pitch. The LFO "envelops" the oscillator with a low frequency waveform resulting in the pitch going up and down as the notes (that are all at the same pitch to begin with) are being played in the sequence. The speed at which the pitch goes up and down is regulated by the LFO frequency knob. When switching to modulation by the 2nd oscillator (VCO2), the frequency of the modulation is adjusted in the SYNTH EDIT control panel using the VCO2 PITCH knob. As you can hear, the frequency of the modulation is much higher than with the LFO.
